Quality Assurance Technician – Aerospace Machining
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to support inspection and quality control of precision aerospace components. The ideal candidate has a strong background in dimensional inspection, blueprint reading, and a solid understanding of aerospace quality systems.

- 1st Shift: Day shift preferred

Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:
- CNC CMM programming and operation
- Keyence visual or optical inspection systems
- AS9102 first article inspection documentation
- SPC data collection and analysis
- Gage calibration programs
- Internal auditing under AS9100 or ISO 9001
- Quality team leadership or management experience

Responsibilities
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements
- Use a variety of handheld measuring tools and inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc.)
- Support AS9100-compliant quality documentation and recordkeeping
- Assist with nonconformance, root cause, and corrective action processes
- Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and supervisors to maintain production quality
Qualifications
- 2+ years of precision manufacturing quality inspection (aerospace preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use handheld gages with accuracy
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
